These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Keviqj Data Insights regarding your use of our digital infrastructure and research reports.
02 Platform Usage & Restrictions
Our platform provides specialized analytics for the South Korean tech market. Authorized use is limited to internal strategic planning and research. You are explicitly prohibited from:
- Attempting to bypass security protocols or reverse-engineer our predictive analytics models.
- Using platform insights to facilitate illegal activities within the Republic of Korea or any other jurisdiction.
Governance Framework
We maintain strict Data Governance standards to ensure that all insights provided through our platform remain compliant with South Korean privacy and trade regulations.
03 Intellectual Property rights
All content on keviqj.com—including but not limited to proprietary data sets, trade analysis, market projections, graphics, logos, and custom code—remains the exclusive property of Keviqj Data Insights.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view and download specific research reports only where explicitly permitted by a paid subscription or separate consulting agreement. No ownership rights are transferred via website access.
04 Disclaimers
Market research and strategic data insights are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for extreme precision in our Korean tech market analysis, Keviqj Data Insights does not represent or warrant that our research is error-free or that it will yield specific financial or commercial outcomes.
05 Liability Limits
In no event shall Keviqj Data Insights be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your reliance on our platform's data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
